Welcome to SkyClub, a product of 777 Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyClub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SkyClub is a flight deal discovery platform that monitors airfare prices and notifies users of significant price drops and deals from their selected home airport. We aggregate publicly available pricing data to help you find affordable flights.

3. Account Registration

To use SkyClub, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Flight Deals & Booking

SkyClub provides flight deal information for informational purposes only. Please note:

• We do not sell airline tickets or process bookings directly
• Flight prices are subject to change and may no longer be available when you attempt to book
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or duration of any displayed deal
• Bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking platforms, and their terms apply

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App's content
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SkyClub — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of 777 Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving flight deal alerts and related communications. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkyClub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 777 Labs LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
